Job Description

A local insurance agent is hiring for a part-time Administrative Assistant in Downtown Honolulu. In this role you will be responsible for handling a high-volume of data-entry, providing first-class client service, and assisting with general office duties. 


Addition​al Responsibilities:


  • Answer phone calls and support clients with any inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and greet and assist incoming clients.
  • Update client data into system, ensure that all information is correct and follow up on missing information.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, printing, mailing, maintaining office supplies, etc. 


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous administrative experience.
  • High computer proficiency with strong data-entry skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must have valid driver's license to run a variety of errands.
