Addi​tional Responsibilities:

 

  • Create correspondence with clients, tenants, and vendors
  • Coordinate repairs as directed by property managers
  • Maintain the inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Read documents and type up information into database
  • Prepare leases, renewals, memos, insurance and delinquency letters
  • Prepare and follow up on letters to tenants requesting certificates and contact information
  • Review documents and content for compliance
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
  • High level of professionalism and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills with effective verbal and written communication
  • Great work initiative and willingness to learn
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
