Job Description

We are seeking trustworthy and reliable Administrative Office Clerk to join our team!


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.

•Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.

•Provide administrative support for operations team.

•Coordinate project deliverable(s).

•Greet visitors and provide exemplary customer service.


MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS:

•Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience.

•Mid-level experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, excel, outlook).
