Starcomm Wireless Inc., a locally based 25 Year - 2-Way Radio Communication Company in Honolulu, is looking for an IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME energetic, outgoing and goal-oriented team professional to join our team.  One that is career oriented and looking to find reliable and steady work.




The Administrative Sales Assistant position will work directly with the President & Owners of the company as their assistant.  Must be highly dependable, highly organized, responsible, quick learner and detailed oriented.




The ideal candidate are individuals that have prior administrative office management experience, sales, marketing and possess strong customer service skills. Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, follow procedures and work closely with all company departments.  Must be a leader and one that can assist in keeping daily sales operations highly organized.




 We are willing to train the right person for our business. Work hours are from 7:30am to 4:00pm – Monday to Friday. No night or weekend work. 




Daily Job Details & Work Responsibilities:




* Assist in managing all new potential sales customers and existing customer list with follow up emails or phone calls as needed.  Keeping detail information of contact and information discussed.




* Assist with working with various industries that use our communication products, sending company information of our products & services that we provide – example public schools, hotels, transportation companies, luxury condominiums, security companies, retail stores and many other notable industries




* Assist with sending prompt general sales proposal, rental agreements and any other information requested by the customer.  Along with proper follow-up.




* Assist with answering some incoming telephone calls, handling & routing customers concerns and needs.  Must be able to communicate with customers in a warm, friendly professional manner.




* Assist in managing daily office calendar, appointments and scheduling service calls with our service team as needed.




* Assist with managing company online social media accounts with Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Manage weekly customer emails, that include product sales, specials, product information and videos.


Must know how to work with Mail Chimp or similar online email communication




* Assist Owners/Managers with any other office related needs and task as needed.  Meet with Management team daily to discus the needs of our loyal customer base.






* High School Diploma, GED or Business School Graduate


* Must have at least 1-2 years office management or related work experience


* Must be able to create flyers and marketing documents.  Knowledge of working with various software.


* Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written


* Must be able to meet deadlines!


* Must be highly organized and be able to multi-task


* Must be able to work independently with a sense of urgency


* Must be able to work with Microsoft Word & Excel and create reports & spreadsheets for management team


* Must have reliable transportation and have a valid Driver’s License or Identification






* Based on Experience (Full-Time) – Starting Base Salary $36,500 to $42,000 Annually
