Job Description

A renowned law firm is seeking a full-time Office Administrator in Honolulu who will oversee daily operations. The Administrator will be tasked with duties related to personnel and facility management, technology maintenance, office support and client billing. The ideal candidate has a high level of professionalism, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency using Microsoft Office.


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Prepare invoices for client billing.
  • Process employee payroll and bonuses and resolve any payroll issues.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment. Place orders and schedule maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain updated office safety manuals, first aid kits, and CPR trainings.
  • Oversee helpdesk activities and ensure all issues are resolved in an effective and timely manner.
  • Assist with personnel management including but not limited to maintaining personnel files, setting up employee packets and enrollments, training staff on office responsibilities, and preparing employee reports.


R​equired Education and Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma required. College Degree desirable.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and client relation skills.
  • High level of professionalism and business etiquette.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
