- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established care protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Physical stamina to perform daily tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based upon operational needs
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
