Art Office Assistant

Chromaco Fine Art Services is Hawaii’s largest art scanning and printing service, located near downtown Honolulu, and we are looking to hire a Full-Time “Office Assistant” to help with our operations.

If you’ve ever wanted to work in the heart of the Hawaii Fine Art industry, this is the opportunity! See the latest fine art and photography from professional artists, interact with creative artist customers, help artists produce super high quality art prints that galleries and collectors appreciate, and help us make Hawaii's artists successful!

This position is Full-Time to assist with customer service, order processing, and light production tasks.

• Customer service (in-person, phone, email)
• Order processing (Quickbooks)
• Order finishing and packing
• Photoshop experience helpful
• Comfortable handling paintings, prints and using light equipment
• Attention to detail, good with numbers, high quality work
• Friendly, honest, personable team player
• Work schedule - M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm
