Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities
-Supervise team members across all departments (café, deli, retail, and restaurant)
-Adjust daily schedules to ensure optimal staffing and efficiency
-Train, coach, and evaluate employees
-Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
-Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
Order operational and supply needs
