Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Auto Detailing Lead to oversee and perform high-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing daily operations of the detailing team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for all vehicles.


Duties
• Lead and supervise the auto detailing team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards
• Perform comprehensive car washes, interior cleaning, buffing, polishing, and waxing to restore vehicle appearance
• Execute detailed cleaning tasks including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, window tinting, and exterior polishing
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and explaining detailing procedures
• Assist with training new team members on proper detailing techniques and safety protocols
• Manage scheduling and workflow to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Conduct quality inspections on completed vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements
• Proven experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, or custodial services; janitorial experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, tools, and techniques including window tinting and buffing
• Ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and provide guidance on best practices in auto detailing
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional results
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
• Prior experience in custodial or janitorial roles is advantageous
