Job Description

A well-known local bank is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their busy call center. In this role, you will assist customers with their banking questions—so excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and finance experience are a must!

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle incoming emails and telephone calls from customers. 
  • Analyze customer issues/questions and present a fitting solution. 
  • Take follow-up action as necessary. 
  • Monitor all incoming requests into system. 
  • Perform other duties as needed. 

 

 

Require​d Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous banking and customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with good telephone etiquette. 
  • Able to think fast, analyze and problem solve any issues that the customer presents.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
