We are currently seeking a full time Billing Coordinator with tech-centric & accounting or finance background.


In this position, you will be responsible for helping to run the day to day accounts receivable operations of the company, including but not limited to: 

  • Reporting to the Controller;
  • Invoicing clients;
  • Screening and approving new orders;
  • Processing payments;
  • Responding to chargeback notifications
  • Assisting clients via telephone, support ticket, and email;
  • Performing account modifications;
  • Performing monthly audits of licenses used;
  • Investigating accounts to send to collections and subsequent follow up;
  • Other administrative and financially related duties as assigned.

In order to meet the needs and requirements of both our clients and our business, you will be working together with our technical support, sales, and systems departments frequently, so we are looking to find a highly motivated person who thrives in a fast-paced, yet tech-centric environment.


While this is not a technical position, due to the nature our company a reasonable level of technical literacy is a must and knowledge of web-hosting in general would be an asset. As the vast majority of your time will be spent using a computer, good touch typing (i.e. 60 wpm) skills are also required. You must possess proven & great customer service skills and be very detail oriented.


Applicant must be able to work in early morning shift (3 am – noon) and may require to work on the weekend as well.
