Job Description

Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a full-time position in Honolulu. This role will be responsible for maintaining financial records, compiling reports, and tracking accounts payable and receivable. 

 

The ideal candidate has a knack for numbers and analyzing reports, to ensure budgets are spent efficiently and in alignment with company goals. 

 

Additiona​l Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure that payments are processed accurately
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Compile financial reports and make spending recommendations 
  • Create a liaison to accounting department and third-party CPAs
  • Perform other related duties as needed

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make recommendations and present them to management
