Bookkeeper

The Hawaii Medical Association, a 501(c)(6), is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to manage our finances. The responsibilities will include tracking our organization’s revenue, expenses, and taxes, as well as producing financial reports, assisting with the annual budget, and supporting other organizations with whom we have management agreements. The bookkeeper will also be responsible for auditing our books to ensure our records are correct. In addition to the main account for the Hawaii Medical Association, the bookkeeper will also manage the finances for several other entities with whom HMA has a management agreement. Knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
