Job Title: Business Development Coordinator – MBDA EWOC

Job Summary

The Business Development Coordinator – Enterprising Women of Color Business Center is responsible for the implementation of the department’s client services tracking to assess additional service needs provided by the Center, the YWCA, or external resource partners. The coordinator is the primary team member to maintain client records in the CRM database (Monday.com) and assists the Director as a client liaison by providing client customer service and maintaining external communications and website maintenance.

 

Essential Duties

  • Track and nurture relationships with Center clients.
  • Provide Business Consulting assistance – refer clients to MBDA/YWCA/Partner agency services
    and programs.
  • Coordinate resource meetings with clients – i.e., 1:1 session with partner agencies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end MBDA client and operation reports for the MBDA Director.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Coordinate all logistics for Center webinar/programs/events (Zoom and In-Person).
  • Monitor EWOC social media channels and create e-News (Mailchimp)
  • Provide Center website updates (ewocoahu.org).
  • Work with Center writer to identify client “success stories.”
  • Work with Director to identify client contract information
  • Research potential client government contract opportunities primarily through SAM.GOV

Education

Bachelor’s Degree. Strong preference for nonprofit experience in marketing, communications, or customer service. Administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred) and/or marketing/communications: 1 year (preferred).
