Additional Responsibilities:


  • Financial Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable, file taxes and reports, review and audit accounts, maintain a current record book, etc. 
  • Property Management: Manage leasing processes, source tenants, evaluate tenant credit, evaluate annual real estate tax assessments, manage lease termination dates, coordinate repairs and maintenance work, etc. 
  • Leadership: Provide leadership to staff, oversee hiring processes, train new employees, work collaboratively with third-party HR provider, etc.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • College Degree in business, management, finance, or other related field desirable
  • Previous management experience with proven leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, general bookkeeping, and accounting software (QuickBooks)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
