Child & Adolescent Mental Health Division (CAMHD) Center for Operational and Regulatory Excellence (CORE) Telehealth/Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analyst

$4,088 monthly, salary commensurate w/ training and experience


Exempt, non-civil service appointment.  The primary role of this position is responsible for the telehealth integration of electronic data processing systems analysis, systems design, systems development, systems implementation, and systems maintenance for all Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) processes for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division.



Minimum Qualifications


EDUCATION:  Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.


EXPERIENCE:  Five (5) years’ experience in Electronic Health Record systems, which involved with the programming language, MUMPS, and EHR administration and programming.  Must be able to configure and maintain VTC and bridge.


Two (2) of the five (5) years’ of experience must reflect computer systems analysis or computer programming, including overall technical guidance and leadership, the responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of major data processing systems.  Experience in Database administrative/analysis pertaining to HER is highly desirable.


LICENSE:  Valid Hawaii Driver’s License preferred.
