COVID-19 Additional Surge Staff (CASS)
Human Resources Assistant

$2,816 - $4,007 monthly, salary commensurate with training and experience


Exempt, Temporary, Full-Time, Non-Civil service appointment. The primary purpose of this position is to provide day-to-day advice and assistance to the programs within the Department of Health regarding personnel rules, regulations, pertinent collective bargaining agreements, memorandums of agreements, employer fringe benefits, personnel actions; reviews and processes transaction to ensure that legal and procedural requirements are met; maintains confidential and official personnel records for all employees.



Minimum Qualification(s)


EDUCATION:  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


EXPERIENCE:  One (1) year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience and two (2) years of experience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements.
