WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

CU Hawaii is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Honolulu. This full-time, non-exempt position offers an hourly rate of $20 and plays a vital role in supporting our daily warehouse and distribution operations. Working Monday through Saturday between 7:00am and 5:00pm at our Bishop Street location, you will be responsible for accurately handling inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment while supporting delivery operations to our retail locations.

Responsibilities

Drive a 16-20ft box truck to deliver products to retail locations, loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently. Receive inbound orders and stock products in designated locations throughout the warehouse. Prepare and pack outbound shipments promptly while ensuring complete accuracy. Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage, expiration dates, and proper labeling to maintain quality standards. Maintain clean and orderly storage areas and workspaces, assisting with end-of-day cleaning tasks as needed. Track inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and data entry to support accurate record-keeping. Report any inventory discrepancies or quality issues to warehouse leadership in a timely manner. Operate warehouse equipment as needed to complete daily tasks. Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and operational procedures consistently. Assist with general warehouse or delivery support tasks as assigned by the CU Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

Valid Class 3 Driver's License with a clean driving record is required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Availability to work weekends and holidays based on operational needs. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in all work performed. Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with team members and retail location staff.
