Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for establishing new member accounts, selling and servicing credit union products, and providing excellent service for phone-in members. Performs Call Center responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (account/loan servicing transaction processing or, new account servicing, new loan servicing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping).

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three (3) to six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Must have knowledge of and experience with customer service principles and practices, and administration and clerical processes. 
  • Six (6) months or more in a call center environment highly preferred. 
  • Experience in a financial institution highly preferred. 
  • Credit must be in good standing.
