Oahu Care Facility is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our nursing team.
As a CNA, you are at the heart of resident care. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents while helping them maintain their dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

What You'll Do-
Provide compassionate, hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation in accordance with their individualized care plans.

Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.

Take and record vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other resident information as assigned.

Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition, behavior, skin integrity, appetite, mobility, or other concerns to the licensed nurse.

Follow individualized resident care plans and established safety protocols.

Respond promptly and respectfully to resident needs and call lights.

Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe resident environment.

Support fall prevention, infection prevention, and resident safety practices.

Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Work collaboratively with nurses, fellow CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team.

Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, patience, and respect.

Current Hawaiʻi Nurse Aide Certification

Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
-
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

Dependable with strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred

Pay Range: $20.39–$23.89 per hour, based on experience and applicable factors
Schedule: Various shifts and schedules available
