Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Requirements:

- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Physical stamina to perform duties that may involve lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Empathy and patience when working with patients
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Current CPR certification (BLS)

Education:

- Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
