Charge Nurse/RN

We are a family-oriented 31-bed residential care facility seeking a motivated charge nurse with excellent leadership and communication skills. As a successful candidate, you will provide assistance and care for patients, supervise nursing/ancillary staff, offer guidance and support, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

To excel in this role, you must be a licensed nursing professional with experience in a healthcare environment. We will mentor and support the right candidate to succeed in this role. You must enjoy working with a senior population and possess organizational skills and a willingness and commitment to excellence.
