Data to Wisdom Clerical Assistant
$2,760 - $3,359 monthly, Salary commensurate with training and experience
Â
Exempt, Non-Civil Service, Full-Time, Temporary Appointment. The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Project Manager and staff of the SAMHSA grant-funded Data to Wisdom program. Serves as communication link between program staff and Division staff regarding Division policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
Â
EDUCATION:Â Graduation from high school with courses in Basic English and arithmetic.Â
Â
EXPERIENCE:Â One-half (1/2) year of general clerical experience that involved performance of tasks which demonstrate knowledge of English grammar, spelling and arithmetic.
Â
Two (2) years of specialized clerical experience:Â Substantive clerical work which duties demonstrated possession of knowledge of common office appliances and equipment and the ability to perform secretarial tasks such as composing correspondence, obtaining and presenting information from files, reviewing outgoing correspondence for format, grammar, spelling, and maintaining a log of pending work.

LICENSE: Valid Hawaii Driver’s license is preferred.
