Civil Engineer V – Senior Project Engineer


Location: Honolulu, HI


Position Type: Full-time, onsite in Honolulu office


Position Overview: Mitsunaga & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team. This role involves significant responsibility in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects with increasing levels of independence and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent decision-making on problems and methods, with general supervision related to overall objectives.
  • Prepare project schedules and identify critical path items.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of staff.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is required. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) is preferred.


  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with sound and diversified knowledge of engineering principles.

Pay Range: $110,000-120,000/year
