Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support both our day-to-day sales activity and our long-term client relationships.
This role is designed for someone early in their career who is highly organized, client-focused, and interested in building a future in business-to-business sales. The position combines hands-on client interaction, smaller sales ownership, structured follow-up, and behind-the-scenes coordination that supports our sales team.
Our goal is simple: take care of our clients well — before, during, and after every project.
Assist walk-in clients and support seating and small product inquiries
Prepare quotes and proposals for smaller opportunities
Enter orders and coordinate with vendors
Track delivery and installation for owned opportunities
Serve as showroom backup when needed
Conduct structured follow-up outreach after installation
Provide product care and usage information
Offer product demonstrations (chairs, monitor arms, etc.)
Gather client feedback through surveys
Identify opportunities for continued support or future needs
Take notes during vendor presentations and summarize product updates
Conduct product research and assemble comparison materials
Prepare cut sheets and assist with bid packages
Support opportunity tracking and documentation
Shadow sales meetings and jobsite visits
Organized, detail-oriented and tech savvy

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional overtime
