Job Description

We are a high-tech, patient-oriented orthodontic practice that is well-known for our techniques with Invisalign.

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Manager with excellent leadership and communication skills.  This individual must have experience in both clinical orthodontics as well as previous leadership positions.  The right candidate should have exceptional creativity in problem solving issues, developing processes, and upholding high standards for quality and customer service.


 Position Details

  • Oversee all office activities and teams related to the clinical orthodontic care of patients
  • Interview, hire, and train new team members
  • Perform regular performance reviews
  • Coach all team leaders and team members
  • Develop and implement new techniques, systems, and technologies
  • Provide backup support for various positions
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided
  • Coordinate and be responsible for all equipment, technology maintenance and repairs
  • Actively participate in regular leadership meetings
  • Actively seek new ways to improve systems, processes, customer service, and team work
  • Report on and ensure all KPI’s are consistently achieved
  • Analyze metrics, KPI’s, and analytics to ensure consistent and high performance
  • Build and foster excellent relationships with supply and equipment vendors and other partners



  • Experience in clinical orthodontics
  • Past leadership position with 10 or more direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Obsession for excellence in customer service
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to motivate team members and drive them toward a common goal
  • Affinity for new technologies and willingness to adapt new practices for better business results
  • A positive can-do attitude with a desire to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and apply critical thinking
  • Excellent computer and technology skills
