Compliance Data Clerk under the direction of the Compliance Officer is responsible for organizing information in an accurate manner with the intent to make it easily accessible in the future. It is necessary that the Data Clerk be proficient in keying in data and word processing. The Data Clerk should be able to keep track of all data and documentation received by the organization and will also be required to identify and interpret data that will be entered along with the comparison of data with source documents. Data Clerks assist in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient records management system.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
• Computer Skills - Skilled in the use of computers and general office equipment, adapts to new technology, keeps abreast of changes, learns new programs quickly, and uses technology to improve productivity. 
• Quality - Attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems. 
• Experience with HRIS or similar systems, preferred.
