Construction

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

• Laborers – Entry-level position. Assist with site prep, material handling, demolition, and general support. No prior experience required — we provide training.

• Carpenters – Skilled role. Perform framing, installations, repairs, and general carpentry work. Must have some trade experience.

• Framers – Build and assemble structural frameworks for residential and commercial projects. Prior framing experience required.

• Finishers – Handle finishing touches such as trim, molding, cabinetry, and detail work to ensure quality final results.

Responsibilities (vary by role)

• Support job site setup, organization, and cleanup

• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist or perform carpentry, framing, and finishing tasks depending on position

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time

• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful job site

Qualifications

• Laborers: No experience required, training provided

• Carpenters/Framers/Finishers: 1–3 years of construction experience preferred

• Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

• Reliable transportation to job sites across the island

• Strong work ethic, team player, and willingness to learn
