Position Summary

The Controller/Accounting Manager is the sole accounting professional for the company and is responsible for all aspects of financial management, accounting, reporting, and compliance. The individual works independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment closely with the President, project management teams, joint venture partners, and third-party accountants.

The ideal candidate has strong construction accounting experience, exceptional cash management skills, deep familiarity with federal contracting requirements, and the ability to support operations while managing financial risk.
