We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Ohana as the Convention Services Manager. This individual is responsible for all group bookings contracted by the Sales Department, and continuously provides personal service to groups to ensure a pleasant stay.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Serves as the active key contact on property with regard to all of group's requirements.
  • Generates contract addendum as necessary for changes in group requirements.
  • Ensures receipt of rooming lists and that all lists are complete in detail and distributed on a timely basis.
  • Facilitates reservation changes with the Reservations Department.
  • Meets group on arrival and maintains open lines of communication throughout their stay, including group's departure and follow up.

Qualified Candidates Must Possess:

  • Positive attitude and service-oriented.
  • Business school graduate or equivalent.
  • BBA in Travel Industry Management preferred.
  • A minimum of six months within Banquets and/or Catering preferred.
  • One year hotel experience in a support position preferred.
