Job Description

This position requires working any day and shift.

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining, setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl and other items prepared at the broiler, sauté prep and expediting station.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years previous customer service and experience as a cook in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred. Ability to prepare all menu food items according to standard recipes. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time while handling service of customers a the bar and restaurant. Ability to lift and/or move heavy food products weighing up to 50lbs. and with the use of hand truck or cart, up to 200lbs. Ability to operate a point of sale register to pre-check an order and close out a check. Must be able to work any day and shift. Ability to communicate verbally to all customers.
