Having a chef as founder and owner of our restaurants makes Merriman’s a fantastic kitchen for anyone who loves to cook and is looking for a career in food service!

Not only do we work with the best ingredients, local farmers and ranchers, we also use the very best cooking techniques and will train!

Pay & Benefits:

Total pay of $27.50+ per hour
Base Pay: $16 - $20/hr to start depending on experience.
Kitchen service charge: Approx. $8-$8.50/hr on top of base pay + Tip Sharing for Total pay of $27-$31

• 4% service charge on food is allocated 100% to hourly kitchen employees.
• Holiday pay: All BOH employees receive time-and-a-half for working Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve
• Medical, Dental, Vision, ST and LT Disability and Life Insurance available
• 401(k) Plan eligibility after 1 year
• PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 120 hours after year 4.
