Compumedics USA is currently searching for a Customer Service Administrator Full-Time to join our Customer Service Team in Honolulu, HI.Compumedics Limited (ASX: CMP) is a medical device company involved in the development, manufacture and commercialization of diagnostics technology for the sleep, brain and ultrasonic blood-flow monitoring applications. The Company owns US based Neuroscan and Germany based DWL Elektronishe GmbH. In conjunction with these two subsidiaries, Compumedics has a broad international reach, including Americas; Australia and Asia Pacific; and Europe and the Middle East.

 

As a Customer Service Administrator based in Honolulu, HI, you report to the Customer Service Manager. Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for the receipt, processing, acknowledgement and notification/customer updating of all orders.

 

Customer Service Administrator will also be responsible for working with the sales team in a geographic area. Customer Service Administrator will also be responsible for obtaining accurate order information, end user information and billing information to assure a complete, accurate order. Customer Service Administrator will have direct interaction with customers to build relationships, establish communications and promote Compumedics.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Creation of the sales order based upon the customer’s purchase information, sales quotation and sales order entry procedure

Order tracking and acknowledgement for end-user

Filing of all orders in the appropriate file cabinets

 

Resolve any issues that may arise with the customer. Resolution may involve communications between many departments and customer contacts

Assist with incoming phone calls. Must be able to use the phone system to transfer calls or connect the incoming call to the right department.  Professional phone courtesy will be highly expected

Entering, Tracking, Processing, Updating and maintaining a Database

 

Other Requirements:

 

Ability to write routine reports in EXCEL – MSWORD and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but involved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
