Commodity Forwarders Inc. is looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent to help fill a position within our Operations department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently handling various responsibilities with competing priorities as well as excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Open and maintain multiple customer accounts by providing excellent customer service by phone, email and or in person
+ Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and or alternatives within the time limits, follow up with customer to ensure resolution
Education and Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
+ 1-2 years recent experience within a office/clerical or administrative setting
+ 1-2 years recent experience in a proven customer service role
+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
+ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
