Job Description



The Customer Service Associate will assist customers with inquiries related to all Sun Noodle products and services. The Customer Service Associate maintains good company and product knowledge to provide proficient service. The Customer Service Associate will also facilitate the flow and efficiency of the administrative department and other assigned departments by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:




Greets and directs customers and visitors by phone, in person, and through electronic media 

Answers and transfers phone calls; screening when necessary 

Listening to customers' concerns and handling complaints and returns 

Files documents and maintains filing systems as assigned.

Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written data summaries when needed 

Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions

Process invoices/bills for payment timely

Calculate charges and process payments

Answers and routes telephone calls; convey information both orally and in writing

Proofread checks, invoices & other materials and make necessary corrections before submissions

Learn and follow standard office procedures; learn appropriate filing formats

Work cooperatively and effectively with customers and vendors




High school diploma or equivalent

One year of clerical & accounting experience required

Two years of high-volume customer service or call center experience required 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite 


Should have a remarkable ability to prioritize, multi-task, and anticipate rather than react

Able to resolve administrative problems in a professional manner

Must be self-managing, punctual, reliable, and well organized

Proven clear thinker, levelheaded, solution-oriented

Patient, empathetic, and highly professional

Able to work in a progressive office environment and the ability to adapt and change is a must

Must be sensitive in the handling of confidential matters, including privileged communications and records




Bilingual:  Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Tagalog

Prior dispatching experience preferred




Monday – Saturday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; overtime is to be approved ahead of time.
