Pyramid Insurance Centre, Ltd. is a locally owned insurance agency that has served the Personal and Commercial insurance needs of Hawaii since 1987.  We have grown to become one of the largest agencies in Hawaii with six locations across Oahu and the neighbor islands.  Our professional agents and staff are highly experienced, motivated, and dedicated to providing our customers the best possible service.




The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist and support agents with administrative duties and deliver high-quality service to commercial and personal lines clients.  As part of the Customer Service Delivery team, the CSR serves as the primary point of contact for customers.  Responsible for receiving incoming calls and resolves inquiries/issues by phone or email promptly and efficiently.  Under direct supervision, performs essential duties according to agency’s procedures while meeting service standards established by the company.



Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 1 to 3 years of P&C insurance related experience preferred.
  • Equivalent education, experience, and training will be considered.
