Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Guide and process inquiries in a fast-paced remote environment using world-class technology.

  • Communicate with customers via email and chat.

  • Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions.

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.

  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Take and record customer information for purposes of identification verification and future reference.

  • Demonstrates appropriate active listening skills/confirms understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests

  • Uses authorized systems to gather information, provide information, and/or update customer records.

  • Skills
  • Experience as a Customer Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with tech is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
