Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher

Waialae Plumbing, a trusted local company proudly serving Oahu for over 31 years, is looking for a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—handling calls, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. You’ll use our cloud-based CRM system, ServiceTitan, to manage customer interactions and support daily operations.

• Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Schedule and dispatch service calls using ServiceTitan CRM software
• Maintain accurate customer records and job details
• Follow company procedures and workflows consistently
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
• Stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure

• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and stay organized
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented attitude
• Comfortable using computers and software systems
• Previous customer service or dispatching experience is a plus
