Waialae Plumbing, a trusted local company proudly serving Oahu for over 31 years, is looking for a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—handling calls, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. You’ll use our cloud-based CRM system, ServiceTitan, to manage customer interactions and support daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule and dispatch service calls using ServiceTitan CRM software
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details
- Follow company procedures and workflows consistently
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure
