Job Description

We are looking for motivated and positive candidates for various locations on Oahu who enjoy customer interaction and building relationships.  Candidates will be engaging by having good verbal and written communication skills while paying attention to detail.  As a Customer Service Representative, you will learn to perform the receipt and processing of deposits, payments, withdrawals and deposit account openings.  Hours are Monday through Friday with weekends off.


Minimum Requirements: 

1) Cash handling and customer service experience is helpful.

2) High School Diploma or equivalent.

3) Ability to accurately and efficiently process cash handling and account transactions.

4) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

5) Maintain knowledge and have the ability to sell/refer Finance Factors products and services.

6) Build and maintain ongoing external and internal customer relationships.

7) Ability to learn and apply basic deposit regulatory compliance requirements.

8) Previous banking experienced is helpful



Work Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours), Monday-Thursday 8:15am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:15am - 6:00pm, Weekends OFF
