Looking for a seasonal job to make some extra cash for the holidays? Love being surrounded by delicious baked goods? Check out this Customer Service position in Ala Moana Center! You’ll get the option to work full-time or part-time, and the company will do their best to work around your schedule. 

 

It will be your job to help customers taste different food product options, answer any questions they may have, and help them process their transaction. You’ll get to work with high-volume of people that come from all over the world to try these products and provide them with top-notch customer service.

  • Cookie enthusiast—you love cookies and will be able to make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide customers with excellent and efficient service.
  • Greet and facilitate customers to check out.
  • Assist customers with any questions or concerns.
  • Complete accurate transactions on the computer register.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products.
  • Ensure company payment procedures and policies are followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Must have previous retail sales experience.
  • Ability to speak and understand Japanese highly desirable but not required.
  • High level of customer service.

Pay:

 

  • Cashier Customer Service Reps: $13.00 Hourly.
  • Bilingual Customer Service Reps: $16.00 Hourly.
Those who are bilingual with Mandarin or Cantonese are also welcomed to apply!
