Position Overview:

As the Dietary Manager at Oahu Care Facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for overseeing the dietary operations, managing the kitchen staff, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to create and implement nutritious and delicious meal plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the dietary program, ensuring compliance with dietary regulations and standards.
  • Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, including meal preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement nutritious and appetizing menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address individual dietary requirements and restrictions.
  • Monitor and manage food inventory, ordering, and budgetary constraints.
