Overview:
CCSI is seeking a motivated and versatile professional to help launch and grow our educational branch while supporting ongoing operations. This hybrid role bridges project management, engineering, quality assurance, and training development, serving as a foundational position for a future standalone education division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operations, project management, and engineering functions as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate internal BICSI and ICT training for technicians and the operations team.
- Manage quality assurance initiatives to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Conduct external marketing and recruitment for public educational classes.
- Obtain and maintain all required training certifications and instructor credentials.
- Develop and deliver end-user and professional training courses eligible for BICSI Continuing Education Credits (CECs) and certifications.
- Oversee authorized training facility logistics and maintain communication with higher education partners to build programs and synergies.
- Contribute to revenue-generating initiatives that balance operational needs with the educational program’s growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in ICT, engineering, or project management.
- BICSI credentials or related certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- BICSI, FOA or related Certified Trainer preferred.
- Proven experience in training, program development, or technical education.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a hybrid, evolving role.
