KCAA Preschools is looking for an energetic, motivated Director in Training who is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the development and growth of the keiki of Hawaii. This position is located at our KCAA Kuapa campus in Hawaii Kai.
Job Summary
The Director in Training is a hands-on leadership development position designed to prepare an experienced early childhood professional for a future Center Director role. Working alongside an experienced Center Director, this position will gain practical experience in daily center operations, staff leadership and mentoring, curriculum implementation, licensing and accreditation requirements, family and community engagement, enrollment, budgeting, and other administrative responsibilities.
This is a great opportunity for an early childhood professional who is ready to grow into a leadership role while making a positive impact on children, families, and staff.
