As our Dispatch Operator, you'll be the vital link between those in need and our dedicated Field Services team, ensuring that help reaches those animals who need it most.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls with s friendly, empathetic and profesionalism manner
- Efficiently prioritize and dispatch service requests to appropriate field teams
- Provide accurate information to the general public
- Assist the public with lost and found animals
- Update and maintain accurate records of all calls, dispatches, and incidents
- Collaborate with team members to optimize response times and service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and emergency protocols

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and radio dispatch system
- Ability to work flexible hours based upon operational needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies
