The Opportunity
As a Delivery Driver at HFA, you will safely operate a 20-foot box truck to deliver and merchandise perishable food products across multiple customer locations on O‘ahu. This role is ideal for someone dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a 20-foot box truck between assigned customer accounts
• Deliver, replenish, and merchandise perishable food products
• Load and unload deliveries and customer returns
• Verify product counts, invoices, credits, and discrepancies
• Maintain organized shelves, displays, and stock levels
• Build positive relationships with store teams and customers
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Follow delivery schedules, routes, and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, and company policies and procedures
• Safely maneuver trucks in loading docks, tight delivery spaces, and customer locations

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean and verifiable driving record
• Ability to meet PUC medical requirements
• Experience operating a 20-foot box truck preferred
• Knowledge of local O‘ahu routes and delivery areas
• Ability to secure and transport loads safely
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple stops
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Requirements

• Must currently reside on O‘ahu
• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
• Must be able to start shifts at 4:00 AM
