Job Description

Seeking a Document Scanning Clerk for a full-time opening with an information management company in Honolulu. In this role, you will scan clients’ paper files to digital files—no experience needed but applicants must be able to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and concentration.


Add​itional Responsibilities:


  • Compile, organize, and scan digital files.
  • Ensure files are error-free, readable, properly saved and categorized.
  • Resolve any errors timely and efficiently. 
  • Operate general office equipment.
  • Perform other duties as required.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Good computer skills required.
  • Must be comfortable doing repetitive work.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
