Job Description
The Dress for Success Honolulu Program Coordinator provides day-to-day operational,
administrative, and client service support for YWCA Oʻahu Dress for Success Honolulu program.
This role helps ensure a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality experience for clients, donors,
volunteers, and community partners.
The Coordinator supports core Dress for Success services including styling appointments, client
scheduling, Professional Women’s Group (PWG) activities, volunteer coordination, boutique
readiness, donation intake, inventory flow, and data management.
This position is based at YWCA Laniākea and includes regular front-facing lobby coverage,
serving as a key point of contact for visitors while helping connect clients to services and
supporting YWCA Oʻahu mission to eliminate racism and empower women.
