The Program Manager, Dress for Success Honolulu leads YWCA Oʻahu Dress for Success Honolulu program and related services that support women’s economic advancement, career readiness, and confidence-building through professional attire, job readiness, and empowerment programs.
This position oversees all DFS client services, including DFS Styling, the Professional Women’s Group (PWG), and the Bella Project volunteer network. The Program Manager ensures that program activities—including suiting, job readiness, financial literacy, and job retention support—are delivered with quality, consistency, and alignment with YWCA Oʻahu mission to eliminate racism and empower women.
Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, this role collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure DFS programs are well-coordinated, sustainable, responsive to community needs, and positioned for measurable impact.
