Driver/Dock Worker

Job Summary
Norpac’s Driver/Dock Workers play a key role in delivering our fresh and frozen seafood to customers throughout the region. This role includes driving, loading and unloading product, and organizing product for storage and shipment—all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Safely deliver products to customers on-time, ensuring proper handling and temperature control
• Load and unload trucks by hand or with forklift/pallet jack
• Verify order accuracy and documentation for pickups and deliveries
• Organize product on the dock and in cold storage for storage and fulfillment
• Inspect all incoming ingredients, supplies, and finished goods
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dock area

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of delivery or warehouse experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns
• Clean driving abstract
• Forklift certification preferred (can be trained)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable working in cold, wet, and humid environments
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and operate machinery throughout shift

Tools & Equipment

Pallet jacks, forklifts, handheld scanners, thermometers, computers, outerwear (gloves, boots, jackets, etc.)
