Your Role & Impact

As the "face" of STAT Medical, you will play a critical role in supporting homecare patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery & Setup: Safely delivering and setting up medical equipment in patients' homes or healthcare facilities.
  • Patient Education: Ensuring caregivers and patients understand how to safely use and maintain their equipment.
  • Maintenance & Support: Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues to ensure patient safety and optimal equipment functionality.
  • Fleet Management: Maintaining an assigned company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and stocked.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, logistics, or healthcare support.
  • Driving: Minimum of one (1) year of driving history; must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with moving heavy equipment.
  • Schedule: Ability to participate in a rotating schedule for mandatory overtime and on-call responsibilities.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
